SL Green Realty is a powerhouse in New York City real estate, and their impressive portfolio of properties — from the pyramid-topped Worldwide Plaza to the sleek Lipstick Building — has left an indelible mark on the city’s skyline.

825 Eighth Avenue, better known as Worldwide Plaza, is one of New York’s most iconic buildings, rising 49 stories above the bustling neighborhood of Hell’s Kitchen. To reflect its dominant presence on the skyline, SL Green needed a bold marketing program—one that echoed the aspirational spirit of this state-of-the-art office building. This was my springboard for the creation of an eye-catching logo and an engaging series of ads that marketed the available space to potential tenants.
